The $230 million Chris O’Brien Lifehouse at RPA will encompass state of the art clinical facilities and research. The Chris O’Brien Lifehouse at RPA will combine all facets of clinical care, including surgery, medical and radiation oncology, research as well as wellness and support services on an outpatient basis to public and private patients alike.
Co-located with Royal Prince Alfred and Sydney University, the Chris O’Brien Lifehouse at RPA will be easily accessible from all over Sydney and throughout New South Wales. Lifehouse will be a place where clinical care and research are integrated to create opportunities for innovative discoveries, compassionate holistic care and better outcomes for patients, their families and carers.
Capital works have commenced, with the official opening scheduled in 2013. We are excited to share the first draft plans with you, to demonstrate the features and design of this innovative facility.
